Check the product page for the kibble size and food types the dispensing mechanism supports. Very large or irregular pieces may not dispense reliably.

Scheduled portions are set per pet profile. Optional camera-based pet recognition is a separate accessory, so confirm its availability before relying on it.

Network and cleaning

Remote control requires a compatible mobile app and a stable connection. Clean the food container and bowls regularly as described in the device manual.
